You know exactly what to do. You wrote it down. You still didn’t start.
Mentrox doesn’t make you a better plan. You make the plan — a 90-second voice note at night. Mentrox makes sure it happens.
Built for people who have tried every planner, app, and system — and stopped opening all of them.
A sample day’s ledger
| Block | Progress | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Deep work 09:00 – 11:00 | Done | |
| Gym 17:00 – 18:00 | Rolled | |
| Invoices 20:00 – 20:45 | Split |
The problem
Every planning app has the same flaw: it stops at the plan.
A perfectly planned day and a completely ignored one look identical at 6pm. Another dashboard won’t fix that. Another to-do app won’t fix that. You don’t need more organizing. You need follow-through.
How it works
- At night Send one voice note. Ninety seconds. “Deep work 9 to 11, gym at 5, invoices tonight.” That’s the entire setup. No forms, no apps to open, no system to maintain.
- In the morning One message at your wake window. Your day, confirmed.
- During the day Mentrox checks in when a block starts: starting? One tap. When it ends: done, rolled, or split. One tap. Stuck? It offers to shrink the block instead of letting you abandon it.
- At night The honest reckoning. What you said versus what you did. No streaks, no guilt, no gamification. Just the truth, and tomorrow’s plan.
- Over weeks It learns your patterns and calls them out with receipts: “You’ve moved gym to tomorrow four days running. Shrink it or kill it?” It remembers who you are on Tuesday. Every other app treats you like a stranger every single day.
Why it’s different
- It comes to you. Over Telegram — the app you already open. It pings you; you never open anything.
- It’s not a nag. Hard message budget. Two follow-ups a day, maximum. Missing a day is data, not a failure — it adapts the plan, not the other way around.
- It remembers. Your plan history, your follow-through patterns, your good days and bad ones — encrypted, yours, compounding. Leaving means losing the one thing that actually knows your patterns.
- It can also just… talk. Ask it anything in chat: your plan, your week, whether you’re overloading yourself. It knows your context.
What it isn’t
Not therapy. Not a medical device. Not a diagnosis. It doesn’t treat anything — it enforces the plan you wrote, and it tells you the truth about how you actually live.
