Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-08-17.

These terms govern your use of Mentrox, operated by BunBun Labs Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using Mentrox you agree to them.

1. What Mentrox is — and is not

Mentrox is a software assistant that helps you follow through on plans you create. It is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical or psychological condition, and it makes no health claims. If you are in crisis, see section 6.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Mentrox.

3. Your account and conduct

• One person per account. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Don’t use Mentrox to break the law, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse the service.
• You own your plan content; we process it only as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions

• Mentrox is a flat monthly subscription (founding price $29/month). No credits, no per-message charges. Current pricing is always shown before you subscribe.
• The free trial runs 7 days and requires a card. Cancel within the trial and you are not charged. Trials and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime — access runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, the subscription doesn’t renew, and we don’t refund part-months — no exit interviews, no dark patterns.
• We may change prices for new subscribers; existing subscribers are notified in-chat at least 30 days before any change to their price.

5. The assistant’s limits

• Mentrox sends a limited number of proactive messages per day (message budget). It may occasionally misunderstand a voice note — you can always correct it.
• The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes — including completion of your plans. Follow-through is assisted, not warranted.

6. Crisis situations

Mentrox runs an automated check for explicit self-harm language and will show crisis support resources for your region. It is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, threaten others, or break the law. You may delete your account at any time; your data is handled per the Privacy Policy (deletion within 30 days).

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We’ll notify you in-chat of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that means acceptance.
