MentroxDelete your Mentrox account
You can delete a signed-in account inside the Android app: open Coach, then Account, choose Delete cloud account, and confirm. This removes the Mentrox account and server product data.
Request deletion without the app
Email the address used for your Mentrox sign-in from that same mailbox. We use the reply only to verify control of the account and complete the request.
If the account began through Telegram, contact hello@mentrox.ai and include the Telegram username or chat identifier shown in Mentrox settings. We may ask you to verify through that channel.
What is deleted
The account ledger, transcripts, plan wording, answers, derived memory, and account identities are removed, normally at once and within 30 days at the latest. Legally required billing or safety records may be retained only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Three separate controls
- Erase this phone in Pings & natural moments clears local plans and check-ins. It does not delete a cloud account.
- Delete account removes Mentrox server data. It does not cancel store billing.
- Cancel subscription in Google Play stops renewal. Cancellation does not itself erase data.
